All Labor and Print Rates goes as so:
Cad Rates are $100/hr.
3D Print Rates for Intake Manifolds $10/hr. + Materials $125/1000g
If cad modeling goes over 10hrs labor rate of $100hr we be billed upon completion of the model and must be paid before Digital Manufacturing is to commence.
A typical V8 Intake Manifold will take approx. 10 hours just in cad (depending on levels of complexity, custom features you want, artistic additions such as skin texturing etc.) and carry a print time of approx. 200hrs, total estimated cost of a custom One of One V8 Intake manifold approx. $1000 cad, $2000 Print, $500 Materials for total of $3500:
Estimated Price of One of One 4 Cylinder Manifold (6hr cad approx., 100hr print approx., $250 materials approx.) $1850 Estimated
These are just examples and all vary greatly per job.
If you wish to opt out of Print Services and Self Print or Mfg. through various other means your cad, there will be a buy out option for the digital model of $10,000 or you forfeit your One of One Status and Rapid3D has exclusive rights to do as we wish with model (print for other people, sell, modify, etc.) Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
Custom is to immediately contact Rapid3D Email with details of manifold and to obtain shipping information (if required) for 3D Scanning of your components to be used in reverse engineering and design of models and deliverables
